The Finance Transformation Lead is responsible for the end-to-end strategic and transactional process design related to finance, operations, people, technology, data and performance management throughout the Shared Services Organization. Responsible for coordinating future state design and implementation activities across Core Financials and Financial Engagement Layers (Cora). Workday and Finance subject matter expert on technology to ensure coordination and alignment cross functionally. Responsible for driving improvements in end-to-end process efficiency and effectiveness for Finance. Identify and remove obstacles to ensure business objectives are met for the improvement of the organization. In scope for this role will be all Corp/SBS, USBL, specialty and Canadian entities.Primary project owner for Workday system enterprise for Finance modules. Provide strategic oversight on end-to-end initiatives and ensuring project milestones and key metrics are met.
