uniQure is seeking a strategic leader to run field-based market access and reimbursement operations in the US, reporting to the VP, US Payer & Reimbursement. Reporting to the VP, US Payer & Reimbursement, this is a critical field-based Market Access role leading a team of field-based reimbursement managers who will work directly with treatment centers to educate on appropriate reimbursement dynamics for AMT-130 and the associated stereotactic, surgical administration procedure. Proactively identifying coverage, coding and payment issues and leading cross-functional solutions to optimize patient access is a key objective for this role. Additionally, this individual is responsible for ensuring the response to external customer questions, educational needs and issues is executed with the highest sense of urgency. Internally, seamless collaboration with other field-team leaders to ensure a highly coordinated and efficient “Ways of Working” model in the field is paramount.
This individual will also work closely with many other cross-functional colleagues to drive excellence in patient access, drive business objectives, and embody a philosophy of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a demonstrated record of both designing impactful business plans, key performance indicators and achieving remarkable results within the biotech industry.
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, relevant years of experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from where they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
US Salary Range
$246,000—$318,000 USD
