Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience with 2 years leadership experience.
• Ophthalmology and retina specialty field experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSL leadership and development, including recruitment and coaching.
• Oversee KOL/HCP planning and development at regional/national levels.
• Develop and execute field medical strategy and territory plans.
• Ensure compliant medical information and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Publish and support publications and congress activities as needed.
