Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience.
• 10+ years in Banking/Financial Services with 8-10+ years' managerial experience.
• Strategic mindset and ability to translate into breakthrough strategies.
• Excellent communication to negotiate with senior leaders.
• Experience leading change and governance initiatives.
• Experience with data governance, glossary, and data quality tools.
• Understanding regulatory environment and Citi data operating model.
• Collaboration across global teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team including performance evaluations, hiring, and budget approval.
• Align EUC Enterprise Governance with business partners and risk controls.
• Lead EUC Governance Strategy and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on enterprise-wide governing policies with a risk-based approach.
• Develop materials for leadership and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with metrics team for objective measures and narratives.
• Drive insights to improve efficiency and opportunities in EUCs.
