Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Corporate Strategy leader to shape enterprise strategy and multi-year plans. You will advise the executive team, sponsor cross-functional initiatives, and craft actionable recommendations that drive growth and value.

You will lead analytics, market sizing, and scenario modeling, translating complex insights into decision-ready narratives and alignment across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy or related field.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, AI-enabled software, or adjacent technology.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite on complex, ambiguous, cross-functional decisions.
• Demonstrated ownership of major strategy engagements from problem definition to activation.
• Exceptional business judgment with ability to connect market, customer, product, operational, and financial dynamics.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities including market sizing and financial modeling.
