Oscar Health seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance to lead the enterprise compliance program, including regulatory change management, policy governance, investigations, and risk assessments across the business. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and shape a multi-year compliance strategy.
Based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days weekly), you will partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, and Product teams to embed compliance into business
The Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance supports the execution and continuous improvement of Oscar's enterprise compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will provide leadership over key compliance functions, including regulatory compliance, regulatory change management/implementation, compliance operations, investigations, monitoring and auditing, policy governance, and compliance education. You will anticipate regulatory and industry developments, translates them into enterprise compliance priorities, and partners with cross-functional leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, strengthen internal controls, and promote a culture of ethics and integrity. You will exercise significant independent judgment, develops a compliance organization, and serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders on complex healthcare regulatory matters.
You will report into the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer.
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is: $218,592 - $286,902 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
