We are looking for a bold, strategic, and technically exceptional Sr Director, Engineering to lead the global engineering vision and continuous improvement strategy for our Distribution and Logistics operations. You will oversee designing, scaling, and optimizing the technology platforms that power our worldwide supply chain, fulfillment, transportation, and last‑mile delivery networks. The role can be remote or hybrid based in our San Francisco office.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Distribution & Logistics, the head of engineering will partner cross‑functionally to deliver transformative solutions. You will play a critical part in enabling our Global Commercial Teams to achieve long‑range growth plans through reliable, scalable, and intelligent logistics capabilities.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $176,300 - $235,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
