Job summary

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years in public affairs or corporate communications.
  • Experience managing field operatives and grassroots campaigns.
  • Proven writing and editing capabilities for proposals, memos, and press materials.
  • Strong critical and creative thinking with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide client-facing counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and integrate cross-workstream efforts across a growing footprint.
  • Maintain consistency of narrative, messaging, and positioning across markets.
  • Oversee rapid-response efforts to political, policy, or media developments.
  • Serve as senior client contact, nurturing relationships and growth opportunities.
  • Lead a multi-state field network and ensure deliverables meet client needs.
  • Develop client reporting and presentations, and contribute to business development.
