Amgen seeks a Clinical Development Director to lead early-phase oncology programs, guiding studies from first-in-human to proof-of-concept. You will work with cross-functional teams across Medical, Regulatory, Safety, and Discovery to design and deliver safe, impactful trials.

The role emphasizes leadership, trial design, data interpretation, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with competitive compensation and robust US benefits.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• 2 years of industry or academic clinical research/drug development experience.
• Board certification or eligible (Oncology).
• Residency training in Oncology.
• 3+ years of relevant drug development experience in pharma/academia, preferably early-stage.

Mansioni

• Lead early phase oncology clinical development from first-in-human to proof-of-concept.
• Collaborate on protocol development, start-up, data review, monitoring and analysis.
• Support safety, efficacy, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic data review.
• Contribute to biomarker strategies to facilitate drug development.
• Collaborate with Precision Medicine, Research, Regulatory, Safety and Commercial teams.
• Evaluate external licensing or partnering opportunities in oncology.
