Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in direct lending or related fields.
• 6-10+ years at a buy-side credit fund, leverage finance, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to drive the deal process successfully.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sponsor relationships.
• Identify attractive transaction opportunities.
• Lead the internal investment approval process.
• Negotiate deal terms with sponsors and borrowers.
• Oversee due diligence process.
• Review and negotiate legal documentation.
• Monitor ongoing performance of existing credits.
