Job Description Summary:

The Global Digital Network (GDN) accelerates growth by unlocking The Coca-Cola Company’s competitive advantages through data, technology, and artificial intelligence (AI). Within GDN, Digital Operations delivers capabilities and tools that enable the Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) team to communicate with proactivity, speed, quality, and consistency across our global organization.

As part of the DPC Digital Experiences team, the Senior Director, Digital PACS Capabilities and Products will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PACS digital communications. This role blends communications expertise with digital product management and technical fluency, serving as Product Owner for the Global Corporate Website and overseeing a suite of leading-edge digital communications platforms. You will collaborate with PACS, developers, UX teams, architects, analytics specialists, agencies, and technology vendors. By translating business needs into scalable solutions and constructively challenging technical partners, you will ensure impactful and innovative delivery of digital products and programs.

This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead the development of groundbreaking digital/AI capabilities while shaping best practices to drive engagement and measurable business outcomes. Success requires a strategic leader with strong decision-making, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a passion for cultivating immersive, scalable and repeatable programs that empower PACS teams globally. With an action-oriented approach, you will proactively tackle challenges, streamline workflows, and foster trust and alignment across stakeholders. By leveraging tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Typeface, Copilot Studio, and Poppulo, you will continuously improve our platforms and products, enabling future-ready communications in an evolving technology landscape.

What You’ll Do in This Role:
  • Set strategy and roadmaps: Partner with PACS to define the strategy and multi-year roadmap for digital communications capabilities, aligned with GDN priorities and PACS business goals.
  • Integrate AI automations: Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation across platforms, define business requirements, and work with GDN technical teams to bring scalable solutions to life.
  • Enable user adoption: Lead global onboarding, training, and change management initiatives that promote user engagement and ensure consistent utilization of the team’s digital tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Facilitate coordination between PACS teams, GDN teams, and Operating Units to prioritize, develop, and deliver platform features and enhancements.
  • Optimize investments: Establish criteria and governance for prioritizing investments in tools, features, and use cases, focusing on long-term value while avoiding short-lived trends.
  • Website optimization: Lead efforts to ensure the Global Corporate Website is optimized for both human audiences and large language models (LLMs), prioritizing content relevance, structure, and metadata to enhance discoverability, readability, and machine learning compatibility.
  • Streamline workflows: Design and maintain cross-platform workflows that support efficiency, consistency, and brand alignment across web (AEM), email (Poppulo), and AI-generated (Typeface) channels.
  • Vendor management: Evaluate vendor and agency performance against business objectives, develop data-driven recommendations for renewals or exits, and oversee contract milestones.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, program development, publishing platforms, or AI-powered tools within complex global organizations.
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager, including building and managing roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, defining requirements, and resolving technical debt issues.
  • Demonstrated success designing, launching, and scaling digital capability programs that connect effectively with users and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in evaluating, deploying, and managing digital communications technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Poppulo, Typeface, Airtable, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
Functional skills:
  • Strong, highly dynamic and engaging communications skills – clear writing style and personable live presentations – that captures attention and builds influence.
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and high-stakes decisions.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies and architecture, including APIs, REST, JSON, GraphQL, component-based design, CDNs, and hybrid CMS configurations.
  • Advanced understanding of UX design, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, Core Web Vitals, responsive design, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and knowledge of Adobe’s broader ecosystem (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform).
  • Working knowledge of front-end coding standards (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) paired with expertise in digital delivery practices such as version control (Git), integration pipelines (CI/CD), and release management processes.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, design systems, and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
