Job summary

Kroll is seeking a senior Decision Intelligence leader in San Francisco to transform complex financial data into actionable insights. You will drive client engagements, develop senior relationships, and design analytics solutions with AI-enabled tools to accelerate decision making.

The role emphasizes commercial leadership, cross-practice collaboration, and the ability to scope and price engagements. Travel will be domestic as needed to support US client mandates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in advisory, consulting, corporate finance, sponsor or analytics-led roles with client engagement leadership.
• Hands-on delivery experience across: data services, FP&A modernization, analytics, forecasting, M&A analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Comfortable working across practices to deliver integrated client propositions.
• Fluent with modern analytics tools; technical depth valued but role is client-facing.
• Experience applying generative AI to analytics and reporting workflows and showing client value.
• Strong commercial acumen to scope, price, and structure fixed-fee and recurring engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior stakeholders.
• Motivation to grow client relationships and shape US Decision Intelligence.
• Willingness to travel domestically to support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Originate and convert opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams to embed Decision Intelligence in client mandates.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships with financial sponsors and corporate leadership.
• Lead design of structured analytics solutions including reporting modernization and forecasting models.
• Oversee delivery for technical quality and consistent client experience across engagements.
• Contribute to collateral, pricing, scoping methodologies, and reusable frameworks.
• Represent Decision Intelligence in cross-practice strategy and contribute to market presence.
