Job summary

Osmose seeks a Senior Director of Cyber Security to lead the enterprise cybersecurity program from its Downtown Atlanta office. You will shape security strategy, oversee risk, governance, incident response, and resilience while partnering with executive leadership to protect assets and enable business growth.

The role demands 10+ years in security, 5+ years leading teams, and strong knowledge of NIST/CIS/ISO 27001. Eligible candidates reside in the Atlanta metro area and can work on-site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity or information security experience.
• 5+ years leading cybersecurity teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, cloud security, identity management, and incident response.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, threats, and mitigation plans.
• Lead governance, risk, compliance, and security policy programs.
• Oversee security operations, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, cloud security, and identity management.
• Direct incident response, cyber resilience, business continuity, and recovery planning.
• Manage third-party security risk assessments and vendor security programs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets, tools, and strategic service providers.
• Partner across IT, Operations, Legal, HR, Engineering and business functions to embed security into business processes.
