Job summary

Jasurda Group seeks an experienced Director of Compliance to oversee regulatory compliance, trust operations, and risk management. The role advises senior management on federal and state laws, including BSA and AML regulations, and mentors the trust administration team.

The position requires JD or CTFA, 10+ years in trust and regulatory compliance, and the ability to commute to Boston area quarterly. Competitive compensation with profit sharing is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have JD or CTFA designation.
• 10+ years in trust administration and financial regulatory compliance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, and related laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve programs to comply with BSA, AML, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activity, and file SARs as required.
• Provide legal and compliance guidance to leadership and committees.
• Mentor and oversee trust administrators; ensure fiduciary and regulatory standards.
