Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Director of Complex Care Management (CCM) and Utilization Management (UM) to design and optimize integrated care delivery across our national network. This strategic role requires building scalable models, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning at‑risk value‑based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a Senior Director or VP role overseeing complex care management in managed care or value-based settings.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-site clinical operations, drive cost savings and improve patient outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management skills.
• Willingness to travel across markets to interact with leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and implementation of high‑intensity, member‑centered CCM/UM models.
• Lead program oversight, ensuring NCQA alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Develop reports and present strategy to executives; monitor performance metrics.
• Build and mentor an interdisciplinary team across care managers, clinicians, and UM staff.
• Engage with payer and health system partners to ensure collaboration and transparency.
