Job summary

GondolaBio, located in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced DMPK and Clinical Pharmacology Scientist to lead the development of antisense oligonucleotide therapeutics. The role involves defining and executing PK/PD strategies for intrathecal delivery systems, engaging in cross-species PK/PD scaling, and developing population PK models.

Ideal candidates will possess a Ph.D. and a strong background in clinical pharmacology and ASO therapeutics, along with a commitment to advancing science and patient care.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech DMPK or Clinical Pharmacology experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in intrathecally delivered ASOs.
• Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead DMPK/Clinical Pharmacology scientist.
• Drive scientific understanding of IT‑ASO disposition.
• Develop population PK models for ASO programs.
