Job summary
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Director to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Tier-0 authentication, authorization, and virtual networking services in Nashville. You will define technical strategy, roadmaps, and drive the architecture, development, and operation of highly available, secure distributed systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Tier‑0 authentication, authorization, and virtual networking services.
- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for critical OCI infrastructure services in partnership with Product Management.
- Drive the architecture, development, and operation of highly available, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
- Establish engineering best practices that improve service reliability, operational excellence, security, and performance.
- Collaborate across OCI organizations to deliver integrated cloud networking and security solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers while building a high‑performing engineering culture.
- Influence technical direction and strategic decisions across the broader OCI Networking organization.
- Represent your organization in executive‑level planning, architecture reviews, and customer engagements.
