Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Full-stack Engineer (Remote-Eligible) to lead multiple engineering teams within the Global Payment Network. You will shape long-term technology strategy, set architecture standards, and partner with product and business leaders to deliver scalable, customer-focused platforms.

You will mentor managers and engineers, drive workforce strategy, and recruit top talent while guiding cross-domain architectural reviews and implementing AI-enabled development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 7 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 9 years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Minimum 9 years in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Minimum 9 years in data architecture and enterprise design patterns.
• Experience in fintech or payment processing is a plus.
