Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN required and RN license active.
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing or nursing education experience.
• Experience in clinical instruction, faculty development, or clinical education leadership.
• Knowledge of nursing accreditation, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and educational technology platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical education across all nursing programs.
• Oversee clinical placement strategy, faculty support, and student readiness.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, clinical partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment with standards.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of clinical learning environments.
• Lead initiatives for simulation-based education and integration of educational technology.
