Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of CA operations and manage 3-5 Leads and Managers.
• Monitor team performance standards and KPIs across all nursing homes.
• Ensure coordination of onsite CA presence for administrative tasks.
• Analyze productivity metrics and develop improvement strategies.
• Own the performance tracking framework for CAs and providers.
• Design the in-service education and coaching program for the CA team.
• Lead workforce planning and staffing optimization for the division.
• Drive new initiatives and ensure accountability in execution.
• Serve as contact between CA division and senior leadership.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Knowledge of care provided in Nursing Homes
