McKesson is seeking a Senior Director for the CGAT Technology Center of Excellence to lead the technology strategy, roadmap, and execution across SAP, non-SAP, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of technology leadership experience and 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Experience leading large-scale technology organizations, programs, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong strategic planning, executive communication, people leadership, vendor management, and financial management skills.

• Ensure initiatives meet financial, compliance, security, data governance, and responsible AI requirements.

About the Role

Basic Requirements

• 13+ years of technology experience, as well as 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technology organizations, programs, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong strategic planning, executive communication, people leadership, vendor management, and financial management skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within complex business environments.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Expertise in cloud-native and AI-native product delivery, enterprise transformation, and application modernization across SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Demonstrated success leveraging emerging technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of modern software delivery, AI-assisted engineering, service management, and organizational transformation.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, cell and gene therapy, or regulated supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of compliance, security, data governance, and responsible AI frameworks.

Travel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners across multiple functions and locations. Travel, work environment, and physical requirements may be aligned with company standards for senior leadership roles.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
