Lilly is seeking a Portfolio Strategy, Analytics, & Enablement Lead for Cardiometabolic Research (CMR) to shape long-term vision and drive high-impact initiatives. You’ll partner with senior leaders to own the portfolio fact base, assess health, and coordinate cross-functional plans across therapeutic pillars.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science, quantitative, or business.
- 6+ years in pharma R&D with portfolio strategy/management or related roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategy projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication to scientific and non-scientific audiences.
Responsabilités
- Lead portfolio-level strategy projects from framing to recommendation.
- Maintain integrated view of CMR portfolio across pillars and assess health.
- Develop metrics and dashboards for leadership to track strategic objectives.
- Support organizational communications and town halls for CMR.
