Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech or pharma communications, in-house/corporate biotech or pharma industry experience required.
• Strong writer who can translate complex clinical and business information for HCP, patient, and investor audiences.
• Experience developing corporate, product, and brand communications materials.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives, including the CEO and CFO.
• U.S. product launch or brand communications experience strongly preferred.
• Some investor or financial communications experience preferred; direct ownership of earnings materials not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of corporate and product messaging, including press releases, Q&As, and executive talking points.
• Partner with Commercial and Medical Affairs on cross-functional launch planning for the company's lead asset.
• Contribute pipeline-specific content to quarterly earnings materials, working with the CEO, CFO, CCO, CMO, and Corporate Affairs.
• Support investor-focused pipeline and corporate strategy communications, including messaging for investor events.
• Develop content strategy for the corporate website and social channels to build disease awareness and support HCP and patient engagement.
• Lead communications strategy around priority medical congresses.
• Monitor competitive and industry trends to inform differentiated product messaging.
