FTI Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Treasury to lead global liquidity, financial risk, and capital allocation decisions, reporting to the CFO and Treasurer. This role drives core treasury activities and partners with global finance leadership.
You will own day‑to‑day treasury operations, manage banks and rating agencies, oversee cash forecasting, refinancing, FX strategies, and drive process improvements across treasury systems.

The Senior Director, Treasury is a core member of the Treasury leadership team responsible for global liquidity management, financial risk, and supporting capital allocation decisions. This role leads core Treasury activities and operations, including capital structure analysis and capital markets execution, and partners closely with the Treasurer, CFO, and global finance leadership.
This role provides broad ownership across Treasury operations and meaningful exposure to Treasury strategy, with direct visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape processes, controls, reporting, and long‑term Treasury transformation.

Minimum Pay: $153,000
Maximum Pay: $260,000
