Nuveen seeks a Sr Director, Asset Liability Management to lead a cross-functional team applying quantitative, actuarial, and financial expertise to model and manage assets and liabilities across market environments. You will design and maintain models, tools, and frameworks to value investments and project ALM behavior to support decisions.

Competenze

• 8+ years of asset-liability management, financial engineering, investment management, actuarial, modeling and/or other quantitative experience.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• FSA and/or CFA certifications are advantageous.

• Define ALM risk and performance metrics and propose strategies to improve asset-liability performance.
• Lead stress testing and optimization efforts and report to senior leadership.
• Own interest-rate risk management for the enterprise balance sheet and hedge strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to define ALM and modeling strategies.
• Apply AI techniques to enhance ALM analytics and financial performance.
