Powerfleet is seeking a Senior Director, AI Transformation to help drive the adoption and business impact of AI across the enterprise. This role will work across functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology to identify, prioritize, and advance high-value AI opportunities.
The Senior Director will serve as a key partner to the AI Transformation leadership, helping establish and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, AI governance, and AI Center of Excellence (CoE). The role will connect business priorities with emerging AI capabilities, helping teams move from ideas and use cases to practical adoption and measurable outcomes.
This is a highly cross-functional, individual contributor role requiring strong business judgment, program leadership, communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is [UPDATE RANGE] USD. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
