Lincoln Financial is seeking a senior architect to own the end-to-end architecture for an AI Native Intelligence platform on AWS, handling ingestion, enrichment, RAG, and knowledge graphs. You will translate call center transcripts, policy data, and underwriting information into a governed data foundation and semantic layer to power natural-language queries.

Formación

• 12+ years in data eng, ML/AI, or applied data science with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on with AWS data and AI services and enterprise LLM platforms.
• Proven experience building or leading RAG, agentic AI, or conversational AI in production.
