ŌURA is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead Women’s Health engineering. You will shape engineering strategy, coordinate with Product, Design, Science, and Regulatory, and drive AI-native product development. This is a remote US role with a preference for San Francisco, NY, or Boston.

You will build and mentor leaders, ensure high-impact delivery, and steer a team delivering trusted consumer experiences at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of software product experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record shipping consumer software with measurable impact.
• Experience scaling a product-building organization and developing leaders.
• Experience leading organizational transformation while maintaining delivery.
• Strong judgment across architecture, data, quality, and speed.
• Genuine interest in Women’s Health and user empathy.
