Job summary

Mattel in El Segundo, CA seeks a Sr. Director of Order Management, DTC & Logistics Technology to own the supply chain tech backbone, spanning order orchestration, fulfillment, and last‑mile execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership with ownership of OMS/logistics or DTC platforms.
• Experience leading Sr. Director‑level or equivalent organizations with budgets.
• Experience managing domestic and offshore teams plus external vendors.
• Deep expertise in OMS, distribution and logistics including WMS/TMS.
• Strong cloud tech and AI-enabled capabilities for real-time visibility.
• Executive‑level communication with CTO/CSCO audiences.
• Track record delivering large-scale tech transformations in global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of Order Management tech across DTC, wholesale and partner channels.
• Define multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and Supply Chain 2.0 vision.
• Drive innovation across order management, warehouse, transportation and fulfillment.
• Champion cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled capabilities for real-time visibility.
• Partner with DC leaders, Logistics, Customer Service and DTC to translate challenges into solutions.
• Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems with governance KPIs.
