Qualifications

12+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO with leadership in feasibility, trial optimization, study start-up, and/or patient recruitment.
Demonstrated capability to build a team/capability from the ground up; strong CRO engagement experience.

Responsibilities

Define the vision, operating model, and phased roadmap for Clinical Trial Optimization.
Build capability across feasibility and enrollment planning and forecasting, protocol optimization, study start-up, and patient engagement.
Recruit, develop, and lead the team, establish processes, tools, and vendor strategy.
Own feasibility and enrollment planning for the portfolio with evidence-based assumptions.
Shape study start-up and site activation strategies to improve predictability and cycle time.
Oversee patient engagement/experience and manage related vendors.
