Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience planning, managing design-build and EPC projects for data centers, including power delivery, water systems, networking and site development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing design and/or construction projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMP certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects nationwide as primary contact for day-to-day execution.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead internal and external coordination across disciplines, vendors, and clients.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary project teams; promote collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure project controls, quality management, and safety compliance.
