Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information services, Computer Science, Operations, Business Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in information technology, analytics, consulting, operations, or related disciplines
• Experience operating in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success leading advisory, planning, product, analytics, or transformation teams
• Experience with governance, prioritization, and portfolio management disciplines
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder partnership skills
• Exceptional communication and executive influence capability
• Strong analytical and organizational problem-solving skills
• Experience translating business strategy into technology and operational execution

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Turner leaders and manage intake, shaping, governance, and prioritization.
• Provide data-driven insights to support enterprise decision-making.
• Lead technology roadmap development across Turner IS.
• Advance the operating model with scalable planning and governance.
• Build and mentor an Advisory & Insights organization.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, staffing plans, and vendor relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
