Direct Sales Account Executive – Channel Ecosystem (TSBs)

We are seeking a hunter-minded (Senior) Direct Sales Account Executive (remote) with deep experience and active relationships in the channel partner ecosystem, specifically within the Technology Services Broker (TSB) market. This is a quota-carrying role focused on driving new business through, with, and to partners such as Intelisys, Sandler Partners, Telarus, Avant, Bridgepointe, and Upstack.

You’ll leverage your trusted network in the TSB space to build pipeline, close deals, and drive strategic partner momentum.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell private cloud, public cloud, DRaaS, colocation, and managed infrastructure
  • Own and grow a sales pipeline via direct engagement with Technology Services Broker (TSB)-aligned partners and their sellers. Sell directly with and through partners to win new logos
  • Actively develop new partner relationships while maximizing existing ones
  • Drive end-user engagement alongside TSB partners, helping to position and close complex deals
  • Attend industry events, QBRs, and partner summits as a front-line sales leader
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering, marketing, and leadership to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasting and reporting in CRM
  • Help shape our broader TSB go-to-market playbook
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of direct technology sales experience (cloud or colocation preferred)
  • Active relationships with and strong track record of selling through the TSB/reseller ecosystem (established connections with partners such as Intelisys, Telarus, Avant, Sandler Partners, Bridgepointe, Upstack)
  • Trusted relationships with resellers, master agents, and tech service brokers
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of generating net-new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven success in enterprise or mid-market sales
  • Strong knowledge of connectivity, cloud, or managed infrastructure selling
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic settings with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel for meetings and industry events (25–40% travel)
  • Based near a major metro airport (West Coast preferred, but open to other data center hubs)
  • Bonus if you are 1st-degree connections with the VP of Sales on LinkedIn or you bring a warm referral
