Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to warmly interact with residents, serve meals and create engaging dining experiences that honor individual preferences and needs. You will help in the dining area to ensure comfort and satisfaction for every resident.

You will follow food safety guidelines, operate and sanitize kitchen equipment, assist with dishwashing, and participate in available culinary trainings to support a compassionate, resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred.
• Enjoys working with senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas for residents.
• Adheres to food safety and dietary guidelines based on residents’ needs.
• Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, and performs general cleaning and dishwashing.
