Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Cheyenne, Wyoming is hiring a Dietary Aide to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly.

We are seeking candidates with sanitation certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days), restaurant serving experience, and a compassionate, team-focused attitude. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and remove dinnerware in a timely manner to create an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests.
• Provide attentive dining service and support as needed to residents and guests.
• May assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation as part of meal service.
