Job summary

New Horizon Foods, Inc. at The Marquardt in Watertown, WI is hiring a Dietary Aide to assist with meal setup, serve and deliver meals, and support dining room service while keeping areas clean and safe. Must be at least 18 and able to follow dietary instructions.

Previous food-service experience is preferred. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour with Daily Pay available, plus health/dental/vision insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in food-service preferred.
• CBRF experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to follow meal tickets, menus, and dietary instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal setup and tray assembly.
• Serve and deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with dining room and meal-service setup.
• Portion food and beverages according to menus and resident needs.
• Stock food, beverages, supplies, and service areas.
• Follow resident dietary restrictions, meal tickets, and special requests.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Maintain proper food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist cooks and other dietary staff as needed.
• Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities at the end of the shift.
