Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Project / Program Management within a consulting environment.
• Experience leading large enterprise client projects with $20,000 - $250,000 in consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned clients.
• Deliver weekly status reports and provide project progress to stakeholders.
• Identify high-level risks and implement actions to minimize impact.

Skills

Experience delivering digital transformation projects

Deep knowledge in NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect

Project / Program Management experience

Experience managing large enterprise projects

Familiarity with waterfall, agile/scrum, hybrid methodologies

Superb communication and listening skills

Excellent organizational skills

Education

PMP or other Project Management Certification
