Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or related advisory roles.
• Experience with infrastructure, transportation, government, utilities, energy, or related industries.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable implementation plans.
• Leadership in digital transformation initiatives through planning, adoption, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy and transformation engagements for public and private sector clients across infrastructure and capital programs.
• Advise executives on digital priorities, technology investments, capabilities, and modernization opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps and implementation plans translating objectives into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, operating models, and decision structures to support long-term execution.
• Provide strategic leadership from planning through performance evaluation and adoption.
