Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced technical experience.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, application architecture, or enterprise delivery.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud apps, security, and data governance.
• Experience with SAP integrations is a plus.
• Eligible to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver integrated digital solutions for production, manufacturing, terminal, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Modernize reporting and data-access capabilities through governed data models, dashboards, APIs, and automated information flows.
• Lead enterprise automation and digital transformation initiatives using AI, workflow tools, and related technologies.
• Standardize, integrate, and upgrade plant and business applications to improve resilience, cybersecurity, usability, supportability, and total cost of ownership.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, develop business cases, prototypes, roadmaps, and adoption plans.
• Own the architecture, technical roadmap, lifecycle, and service health of assigned applications and digital platforms.
• Partner with leaders to map processes, define outcomes, and convert requirements into scalable designs.
• Provide technical leadership for vertical platforms and enterprise systems.
• Design architectures, define standards, and create reusable patterns to reduce complexity.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from feasibility to deployment and adoption.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria; lead reviews ensuring performance, security, and UX.
• Direct system integration, data migration, release planning, and environment coordination.
• Mentor analysts and engineers; promote engineering best practices and knowledge transfer.
