Qualifications

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of product development experience.
• C++ development experience within production environments is preferred.
• Experience prototyping algorithms using Python and/or MATLAB.
• Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and numerical analysis, including Fourier transforms, digital filters, optimization, linear algebra, and statistical estimation.
• Deep knowledge of radar algorithms, including Beamforming; STAP (Space-Time Adaptive Processing); Phased arrays, MIMO, and CFAR.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer in Orem, UT (Hybrid Remote). Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer to develop advanced radar and digital signal processing algorithms for next-generation sensing systems. This role requires experience in DSP, radar algorithms. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and validate DSP algorithms for detection, RF calibration, parameter estimation, and interference mitigation
