Job summary

EY is seeking an engagement team leader in Risk Consulting to support clients across the Consumer & Health sectors. You will identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks while collaborating with client personnel to strengthen information systems and controls.

The role emphasizes leading engagements, planning risk assessments, and guiding junior team members, with a focus on digital risk, cloud adoption, and regulatory considerations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.
• 2+ years IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity, Digital Risk, or related risk consulting experience.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk, or digital transformation engagements for complex orgs (Consumer & Health).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including international) and a valid passport.
• Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet client demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Evaluate information tech controls, cybersecurity risks, and business processes.
• Coordinate day-to-day engagement activities and mentor junior team members.
• Apply knowledge of consumer, healthcare, privacy, regulatory and cybersecurity risks.
