Job summary
MilliporeSigma is seeking a Digital Products Quality Engineering Lead to guide QA/QC for digital products developed within an Agile framework. You will lead a team of software quality engineers to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory needs, working with cross-functional global teams to promote built-in quality and shift-left practices.
You will drive end-to-end QA activities, manage escalations, and foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information/OT, Digital & Data management or Life Science disciplines.
- 10+ years combined experience in software development/engineering, digital transformation, software quality assurance/control, software quality management, and related ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for quality assurance and quality control of digital products.
- Lead a team of software quality engineers to meet quality standards and regulatory/validation needs.
- Promote built-in quality, shift-left practices and continuous verification across cross-functional global teams.
