Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operating model transformation.
• 4+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client-facing engagements.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, or cost reduction programs.
• 4+ years of Ivalua experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstreams that support sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives for client organizations.
• Developing and executing strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operating model solutions.
• Assessing current-state processes and identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and value creation.
• Supporting selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies such as Coupa, Ariba, and similar platforms.
• Managing client relationships, project teams, and deliverables across multiple phases of advisory and implementation work.
• Mentor and provide clear guidance to others.
