Job summary

Hireez in the United States (Florida) seeks a skilled Press Systems Operator to support the digital press area and train the cell for optimal uptime and quality. You will lead a crew, interpret production orders, and ensure safe, accurate operation of roll-to-roll equipment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, 3+ years of press experience, and strong teamwork. Overtime may be required; lifting up to 30lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• Lead and train others in a team setting.
• Ability to read English, interpret instructions and data.
• Minimum 3 years running roll-to-roll digital presses (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-to-roll digital press and roll-to-finish equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety of equipment and crew; maintain quality standards.
• Train crew on processes; write work instructions and job aids.
• Read production orders and verify correct product output.
• Finish, palletize, and pack products with proper labeling.
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines and monitor inventory.
• Cross-train on other equipment; work overtime when required.
