Candidates will manage RFPs, ensure accuracy of order details, and contribute to 360 partnerships while mentoring junior staff and shaping digital strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years digital media experience
• Knowledge of various channels and buying methods (video, display, programmatic, social)
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in RFP creation and review of partners/site responses; compile proposal analysis and drive partner negotiations
• Ensure accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems to reserve advertising space and confirm delivery
• Collaborate with partners during planning with cross-functional teams
• Monitor and report on media campaigns; provide data for dashboards/ trackers
• Develop and maintain relationships with Horizon departments, clients and vendors
• Mentor junior team members and participate in interview processes for roles
• Guide team in plan development and strategy; present media plans and reports
