Job summary

Blitzed is a US-based crypto casino startup seeking a hands-on marketer to own a broad range of campaigns and work directly with the CEO.

You will plan, execute and coordinate campaigns across paid media, CRM, content, creators and affiliates, delivering results within set priorities and budgets.

Blitzed is a crypto casino built around entertainment, creators and degen internet culture. We’re early, funded and moving quickly.

Our custom-built product is live. We’re building a brand people want to follow and a community they want to be part of.

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands‑on marketer to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of a broad range of marketing activity.

The role

You’ll turn business priorities into campaigns, organise delivery and drive work through to completion.

This is a startup role with a broad remit. You’ll plan and execute campaigns yourself, coordinate internal team members and freelancers, and take responsibility for results across multiple channels.

We need someone who can take an objective, work out what needs doing and get it delivered without constant oversight. You’ll help shape the strategy, bring your own ideas and make day‑to‑day decisions within agreed priorities and budgets.

You should understand crypto, casino and internet culture, with the commercial judgment to turn that understanding into campaigns that attract and retain players.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver campaigns across marketing activations, paid media, CRM, content, creators and affiliates, taking direct ownership of activity as required.
• Turn company priorities into clear plans, briefs, deadlines and measurable targets.
• Own the marketing calendar and keep campaigns and projects moving.
• Coordinate relevant team members, freelancers and partners, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Work with product, operations and marketing colleagues to deliver launches, promotions and updates.
• Write and review campaign copy, briefs and promotional messaging that fit the Blitzed brand.
• Track campaign spend and analyse player acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue to assess performance.
• Test new ideas, improve underperforming activity and build repeatable processes around what works.
• Proactively identify gaps, resolve problems and keep leadership informed of results and decisions requiring input.

• Experience owning and delivering multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns in iGaming, crypto or a closely related business.

• A strong marketing generalist who is comfortable planning, executing, analysing results and coordinating others.
• Able to take a broad objective and turn it into delivered work without needing detailed instructions.
• Strong understanding of crypto, casino, streaming and internet culture.
• Strong written English and the ability to produce engaging content without sounding corporate or relying on generic AI copy.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to look beyond clicks and impressions to understand player quality and financial results.
• Understanding of how acquisition, product marketing, CRM and community activity fit together.
• Experience coordinating colleagues, freelancers or external partners to deliver campaigns.
• Organised, proactive and accountable, with sound judgment about priorities and when to elevate.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑moving, ambitious startup.
