Job description

This position is 100% onsite in Huntsville, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and integrate digital electronic modules and/or CCAs for missile guidance, video, and digital signal processing applications.
• Perform end‑to‑end circuit card design from proposal to production, including processor, FPGA, memory, and industry interface (PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART) design.
• Design for extreme environments ranging from sub‑zero vacuum to high temperatures and pressures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop cutting‑edge technologies for missile guidance and signal processing.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in digital circuit design.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Experience in design and analysis of command and control assemblies (CCAs) for missile systems.
• Proficiency with PCB design (schematic capture, simulation) and design tools (Mentor Graphics Design Creation: DxDesigner, xDX Designer VX, Expedition; HyperLynx, Xpedition).
• Strong PCB layout, signal integrity, power integrity, and analog simulation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience taking design concepts from block diagram or requirements level to complete hardware design with verification and integration.
• Demonstrated ability in multi‑assembly system/unit design.

Benefits

Eligible for relocation. Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
