Job summary

BetMGM LLC is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Associate in the United States (New Jersey) to drive digital marketing assets and campaigns across BetMGM Sports and Borgata products. You will work with internal teams and our agency to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing all while optimizing acquisition and retention.

The role requires 3+ years in growth-focused digital marketing, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with data analytics and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage delivery of digital marketing projects by creating briefs for the creative team and distributing assets.
• Contribute to high-level digital acquisition strategy across paid social, PPC, and display.
• Collaborate with paid digital partners (Google, Meta, Twitter, Snapchat) on best practices.
• Tailor digital marketing strategy using insights from product and market objectives.
• Support brand and acquisition teams with asset ideation and campaigns with ambassadors.
• Coordinate with BI, Promotions, Partnerships and CRM to optimize acquisition and retention.
• Interpret data via analytics tools and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings to guide paid strategy.
