Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or STEM with 12+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of related technical and project management experience (MS can substitute for 5 years).
• Industry standard forensics certification (e.g., EnCE, ACE, CCE, GIAC)
• Experience conducting Computer Forensics, DOMEX, and Intelligence Analysis
• Experience in Project Management and requirements documentation
• Experience in planning and forecasting resource needs
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong instructional and communications skills
• Must be able to maintain TS/SCI Clearance with poly
• Must be able to work in Bethesda, MD

Responsibilities

• Work with the NDOC Government Lead to create and maintain a detailed work plan with tasks, milestones, and schedule for data collections.
• Establish program goals with leadership and provide metrics to set a strategic baseline.
• Define expectations to drive forensic examiner work products.
• Build and maintain qualified staff and staffing pipelines per priorities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging capabilities and create training plans for mission success.
• Bridge the gap between management and technical requirements.
• Oversee personnel performing forensic examinations and complex analyses including preservation, acquisition, processing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with digital forensics standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide consultation, training, and mentorship throughout the digital forensics process.
• Identify techniques to grow and mature the NDOC forensics program.
• Develop and present clear case notes, findings, and presentations to government stakeholders.
