Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security seeks a Senior Digital Engineering Process Engineer to support a proprietary Air Dominance program from the St. Louis / Hazelwood region. You will work with systems, design, and process engineers to mature a next‑gen DE/PLM environment, including Teamcenter, NX, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities include developing and rolling out DE/PLM capabilities, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Travel up to 10% and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 14+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations, including tool and software development or support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues using Teamcenter and related engineering, analysis, modeling and manufacturing applications.
• Design, develop, test, and support rollout of new DE/PLM tool capabilities, oversee tool and data transitions, and manage data migrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and ensure consistent digital data and model management practices.
• Analyze engineering data across systems to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and improve data integrity.
• Facilitate accurate and timely engineering data delivery to suppliers and customers.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
